Working with a Dedicated Team

When you work with Concierge Custom, you’ll have a dedicated project manager and creative team that is scaled depending on your specific needs. This team will work to gain a deep understanding of your brand, goals, value proposition, timing requirements, and more. Then, they’ll work closely with you to establish a strong marketing strategy and build complex workflows that are unique to your brokerage.


These workflows consist of a series of marketing tasks triggered by recurring business events, such as new agent onboarding, sold listings, open houses, or new listings. Implementing these workflows allows them to deliver consistent, on-brand results with quick turn-around times every single time.

Concierge Custom offers a more affordable solution for brokerages who may not have the budget to hire a full-service agency, that could bill around $150 to $200 an hour, or internal marketing staff. When signing up, a brokerage commits to a minimum of 30 creative service hours at a rate of $1250 per month. Then, if your needs are greater than that, they will scale up your dedicated team and additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.
