Getting Started

Start by downloading either the PowerPoint or Keynote version, depending on the computer you are working on.

Please note, the PowerPoint format should be selected if you have a PC computer. If you are using an Apple Mac computer, please download the Keynote version, unless you have the PowerPoint application.

Once the presentation has been downloaded, double click it to open and begin editing. There are several slides that require updates to the text to represent you and your business. Additionally, you will incorporate your headshot, an image of the location you represent, and three photos of past clients to complete this presentation.

To Edit

After you download the Keynote or PP version, you can edit the text and color. See the directions below for both versions.

For Keynote:

  1. Click on "color fill" located on the right-hand side.
  2. Click on the color wheel and choose a color.
  3. Choose the appropriate sections you'd like to change throughout the slides.

For PowerPoint:

  1. Select the portion you'd like to change.
  2. Click shape fill located in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow and then the color wheel.
  4. Choose the appropriate color.

The Finished Product

Make sure to do a final walkthrough to ensure you've swapped out the default images and text then save the presentation.

Here are a few ways you can use this presentation during a listing interview:

  • Use your laptop or tablet and flip through the slides with your future clients.
  • Save the presentation and print it off. Carry it with you as on-the-fly marketing material.
  • Use SlideShare to turn the presentation into HTML coding and place it on your website.

Setting up team and two-agent branding
Market as a team.
  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the top right corner.
  2. Upload your teammate or team’s information, headshot, and logo.
  3. Open your desired marketing template and select two-agent or team in the left sidebar.

Selecting your preset brand color
Say good bye to “Frankenstein” marketing.
  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click the Edit Primary Brand Color widget.
  3. Select your brand color with the color picker or enter the Hexcode and click Select.
  1. Moving forward, every customizable marketing template you edit will automatically load with your brand color.

  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the to pright corner.
  2. Upload additional headshots and logos.
  3. Click Update to save changes.
  1. Edit your favorite marketing template and click on the headshot or logo image slot to pull up your library of images and select.
